This week, our company conducted a pilot experiment for oxide materials with a client. The slurry process used by this client is markedly different from the traditional process for oxide materials. This presented a significant challenge to the stability of the atomizer components in our company's centrifugal granulation equipment and temperature control.
The primary reason for this challenge is the stringent requirement for stable inlet and outlet temperatures during the slurry drying process in this pilot experiment. Additionally, the atomizer needed to maintain high speed to ensure more uniform granulation during slurry drying.
Ultimately, the entire pilot experiment yielded ideal results. Throughout the granulation and drying process, the inlet temperature remained consistently stable, while under high-speed atomization, the outlet temperature was maintained within ±2°C. This resulted in uniformly granulated finished products with excellent particle flowability and no agglomeration issues.
