The security management of the spray dryer process mainly includes the security operation procedures, equipment protection and operator training of the spray dryer system.

1、 Security operation of spray dryer system

In order to ensure the normal operation and safe production of spray dryer equipment, all spray dryer equipment should be equipped with clear operating instructions, which organically connects the equipment suppliers and users.

During the start-up and shutdown of the equipment, the process is in an unbalanced state, which is considered as a special risk period, and the process is likely to lose control. At this time, it is very important to measure and control the temperature and flow of drying medium and materials. For the process of spray dryer containing organic solvent liquid, it is necessary to detect the vapor concentration. In addition, during the operation of the equipment, it is necessary to conduct regular security inspection, especially when the equipment, materials or operating conditions change.

The training of operators is necessary for the safe, effective and economic operation of the equipment.
