Spray dryer is a device that can complete drying and granulation at the same time. Spray dryer is a kind of continuous atmospheric dryer. Spray the liquid material into a fog with special equipment to make it contact with hot air and dry. It is used to dry some heat sensitive liquids, suspensions and viscous liquids, as well as fuels, intermediates, soap powder and inorganic salts. Generally, it includes electric blast drying oven, vacuum drying oven, high-speed centrifugal spray dryer and sterile spray dryer.

The drying speed is fast, and the surface area of the material liquid is greatly increased after atomization. In the hot air flow, 95%-98% of the water can be evaporated instantly, and the drying time is only a few seconds. It is especially suitable for the drying of heat sensitive materials.

The product has good uniformity, fluidity and solubility, high purity and good quality. The production process is simplified and the operation control is convenient. The liquid with moisture content of 40-60% (up to 90% for special materials) can be dried into powder products at one time. After drying, there is no need to crush and screen, which reduces the production process and improves the product purity. The particle size, bulk density and moisture of the product can be adjusted by changing the operating conditions within a certain range, which is very convenient for control and management.
