When the production capacity is stable, the amount of hot air required is reduced, so that the heat loss can be reduced and the heat consumption of the spray dryer can be reduced.
2、 The off tower temperature of hot air can be properly reduced. When the temperature of hot air entering the tower is stable, reducing the temperature of hot air leaving the tower can reduce the heat taken away by hot air leaving the tower, and the heat of hot air can be used to dry materials to a greater extent.
3、 Increase the temperature difference between the incoming hot air and the outgoing hot air by increasing the incoming hot air temperature or decreasing the outgoing hot air temperature, and make full use of the heat of the hot air to transpiration the moisture of the material, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the thermal power of spray drying and reducing energy consumption.
4、 The production power of the spray dryer can be improved by reducing the moisture content of the material.
5、 The waste heat of exhaust gas can be recovered through heat exchanger or heat pump, so as to achieve the purpose of saving energy. For example, during the operation of the spray dryer, the use of heat exchanger or heat pump will make full use of heat, so as to improve the atomization power of the spray dryer and reduce energy consumption.
However, when the machine is out of order, how can we give first aid to reduce the loss to a great extent? As follows:
1、 When the air purifier of flash dryer is poor, it is required to improve the air purification power and clean or replace the purifier in time; Production of coke powder mixed into the product; In this case, it is necessary to check the coke powder at the inlet of the hot air, adjust the air flow speed and overcome the eddy current, or use water-cooled or air-cooled jackets around the outlet of the hot air distributor.
2、 Perhaps the impurity level of the material solution is high. The reason for purifying the data solution before spray is that the equipment is not clean and needs to be cleaned.
3、 If the product powder is too fine in the reproduction process, the product yield is low and the powder loss is large; It is mostly because the power of the cyclone separator is low. It is necessary to check whether the cyclone separator is deformed due to knocking, and whether the air tightness of the cyclone separator and the internal outlet are accumulated and blocked. Perhaps it is because the interface of the bag purifier is loose or needs to repair the interface. Check and replace the bag regularly.
4、 If the speed of the centrifugal spray decreases, the current increases, and the feeding speed is too high, resulting in overload, it is necessary to reduce the feeding amount or the mechanical problems of the spray and motor; Maybe stop spray, check and eliminate the problem.
5、 If the speed of the spray fluctuates greatly, it is mostly because of the shortcomings of the motor, which leads to mechanical resonance between the spray and the motor. At this point, the motor should be carefully examined.
