3. Reduce the transpiration load. The transpiration load of the spray dryer is too large, indicating that the solid content of the material is low. This will greatly reduce the thermal efficiency of the dryer. Appropriately increase the liquid-solid content of the material and reduce the transpiration load of the spray dryer.
4. Preheating the feed liquid before drying can shorten the drying cycle.
5. The exhaust gas temperature is often high. The spray dryer can use a waste heat recovery system to effectively utilize the thermal energy of the exhaust gas. It can be used as hot water during the washing process, or it can enter the heat exchanger from the beginning to dry the material again.
Protection and maintenance of the spray dryer when not in use:
1. Cut off the power supply when not in use for a long time
2. The equipment should be packaged properly, and a proper amount of lubricant should be injected into the reducer before packaging
3. Place the equipment in a ventilated, dry, flat, non-corrosive environment
